WILL YOU BOOK ANOTHER EVENT ON THE SAME DAY AS OUR WEDDING?
Absolutely not! On that date your wedding is our only priority.
IS IT YOU THAT FILMS OUR WEDDING, OR WILL YOU SEND A DIFFERENT VIDEOGRAPHER?
We will always send the videographer that you had your consultation with so there will not be any unwanted surprises.
WHEN SHOULD WE MEET?
As soon as you are ready! The sooner the better, we typically book out at least 6 months in advance.
HOW DO YOU WORK WITH THE PHOTOGRAPHER TO STAY OUT OF EACH OTHERS WAY?
We will always allow your photographer to take the lead when it comes to setting up shots. Only after they have what the need will we grab out shot or create a new one.
WHAT IS YOUR TURN-AROUND TIME FOR THE VIDEO(S)?
Three to Six weeks for all of our packages.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes! We are based in Austin, Texas where the majority of our events take place. We have no problem traveling wherever you envision your wedding taking place.
DO YOU USE NON-COPYRIGHTED MUSIC?
It is definitely a great way to not get flagged on social media. We can also use a popular song of your choice, but cannot guarantee it will be able to be posted on social media or certain websites.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE FEEDBACK ABOUT THE FINAL VIDEO PRODCT
We welcome feedback and are open to making all the changes needed in one free re-edit.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU GET SICK OR CAN'T MAKE IT?
We have never had this happen, but just in case we would use our Second Videographer on our team
WILL I WEAR A MIC ALL DAY?
Not all day. We only have you wear a mic for moments that include vows, first looks, speeches, and ceremony.
